Eswatini (Swaziland)
- Assist New Hope Centre to open another orphanage
- Raise financial support to build another facility
- Arrange sponsors for the children, ($50 per month)
- Send in short term volunteers to help teach and care for the children

Madagascar
- Evangelistic campaigns in communities around the capital as well in the South of the country.
- Sending of indigenous missionaries to the Comoros Islands.
Morocco
For over thirty years, SIM has been investing in this Muslim country. For a number of years missionaries were sent there from Portugal and currently SIM is concentrating on prayer support as well as supporting the indigenous workers in this country. Because of the sensitivity of the situation, more detailed information cannot be supplied. God is taking the least likely means and people to penetrate these more difficult areas of the world.
São Tomé and Principe
In September 2022, Tiago and Telma Santos were sent as missionaries to this African island nation. They are using the medium of soccer to reach the youth and from this are discipling a new generation of leaders. They are also helping with literacy training for young women, who have been neglected in the society. The nation is 74% youth, and most families are dysfunctional. Poverty is a major problem and much work is needed to train up these young people in work ethics and entrepreneur initiatives.
Church Planting in Portugal
Since 1983, James and Helen Reimer, the founding director of Strategic Indigenous Missions, has been involved in planting churches in Portugal, the principal church being Logos Comunhão Cristã, in Lisbon. Other churches have been established around the country in which he continues to strengthen and give counsel as needed.

Angola
Since the mid 90’s, SIM has been investing in this quickly, developing, African nation. A missionary training center was established to train a new generation of indigenous pastors/missionaries, which resulted in over 60 new churches in the first five years of this century. Consolidation of these new works as well as support in church construction in the years that followed, opened the way for yet another school to be formed. Now that the civil war is over, the rural provinces have become accessible for further missionary activity. 2023 will be a year of great expansion from Angola to other African nations.

Mozambique
In the last five years SIM has been instrumental in beginning a Bible School in the capital, Maputo. The graduates have been active in church planting and it is the goal of SIM to help start another training center and church plant in Vilankulo, which is in the center of the country.
